Housing Registration is Closed

Online registration for on-campus housing during the 2020 JASPA Five Year Institute at Loyola University Chicago is closed.

Type JASPA2020 as the promo code.
Be sure to set the dates for which you are seeking housing.
Housing is on a "first come first served" basis and based on availability.

Other things to note:

Registration for the Institute itself is also closed.
Early registration is $580 per person and spans from January 27 to March 16.
Regular registration is $600 per person and spans from March 17 to April 9.
In the "Booking Notes" section of housing registration, please add any additional information about your personal details, needs, or preferences such as any accessibility needs, roommate preferences, or to indicate a gender identity different from the binary options listed. We regret the housing registration system’s limitations in this regard.

Regis

Cancellations

As long as you cancel your housing reservation no less than 72 hours prior to arrival, your reservation will be refunded in full. Request a cancellation via the housing confirmation email you.

On-Campus Amenities

Amenities during your stay on campus include:

Wifi access is included in all on-campus housing; access codes will be provided upon check-in.
Towels, linens, and pillows will be provided.
Laundry machines are available in each residence hall (pay per use).
Access to Loyola’s Halas Recreation Center will be available throughout the Institute.

Baggage Storage

For those participating in the Post-Institute Engagement Experiences on July 24, 9:00am-1:00pm, baggage storage will be provided after checking out of campus housing earlier that day.
