JASPA is excited to announce the 2027 JASPA Summer Internship Program is underway! This program promotes summer internship opportunities at Jesuit institutions across the country. The goal of this program is to attract and retain individuals who want to work within the AJCU network as well as those who may want to learn more about the Jesuit approach to student affairs.
Please review this document for more detailed information on the internship program for host institutions, including expectations of host institutions and supervisors if you would like to post open internship positions. Feel free to cross-post positions even if you have posted them through other sites/platforms (ex. NODA, ACUOH-I, etc.)
If you have a summer internship that you wish to promote to prospective applicants, please complete the Host Institution Submission Form.

Help Recruit Graduate Students!
Do you know a graduate student? Please share the attached flyer with them! One important thing that students should be aware of is that we will be collecting information on the open positions through November. While the website does not have any positions posted yet, we will update the website with all internship opportunities in early December, so we encourage students to check back then.
Program Timeline
- October 21 - November 20: Collect internship position announcements from host institutions using the Host Institution Submission Form
- Early December: JASPA website with internship positions and Student Application portal go live
- January 15: Final date to submit student applications
- Week of January 25: Hosts will receive access to applications; Hosts can begin scheduling interviews
- March 31: All offers should be received by this date
